Engagement Scope
All services are scoped in writing prior to commencement. Work outside an agreed scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Project work is typically billed in phases (commonly 25% per phase across four stages); monthly retainer support is billed at the start of each month. All pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees.
Warranty
Every completed project includes a complimentary post-project warranty period of two to six weeks, during which adjustments are handled at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
MStack360's liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
